Distillery Tour & Tasting

Discover how Maui-grown sugarcane becomes rum on an intimate tour. Begin in our tasting room with the distillery’s story, then follow the journey from cane and fresh juice through fermentation and see the one-of-a-kind distillation process inside our working distillery. Production activity varies by day, so you may observe different stages in action. The experience concludes with a guided tasting connecting fresh-pressed cane juice, rum neat, and a classic daiquiri, plus time for questions and optional bottle purchases.
